Priority seating is a program we started as a benefit to our club members who are in good standing. Each week a limited number of tables are reserved for members who signed up in advance.
How do I sign up for priority seating?
Priority seating will open at 8 am on the Tuesday before each game. To request a reservation, click here. Priority seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email will be sent on Friday morning. You must arrive at Sully’s at least one hour prior to kick-off. If you do not check-in by then, your reservation will be cancelled and your table will be given to someone else.
Which seats will I be available to reserve?
There will be a select number of tables available in the downstairs back lounge and the upstairs bar available for Priority Seating. All other seating will be open on a first-come, first-served basis. You may request upstairs or downstairs, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.
How many seats can I reserve?
Club members may reserve up to four seats per game. Please understand that when you participate in priority seating, you are reserving seats, not a table. Therefore, you may be sharing a table with other Club members. This is a great way to make new Gator friends!
How do I find my priority seating on gameday?
Each reserved table will be named after a notable Gator, player, or coach. Your confirmation email will notify you of your table name. Should you have any difficulty locating your table, please ask one of the Windy City Gator Club representatives at the door and they will assist you.
I made a reservation, but now I can't make it. Can I cancel?
Yes, you may cancel a reservation, and we request that you do so ASAP so that we may assign your table to someone else. Please only request priority seating if you are serious about attending. Repeat cancellations or excessive no-shows may result in ineligibility for priority seating.
I tried reserving a table, but they were all taken. What should I do?
Please understand that there are over 3,500 Gators living in the Chicagoland area, and it is impossible for us to reserve a table for everyone that is interested in priority seating. If you attempt to reserve a table and we are unable to accommodate your reservation, we recommend arriving to Sully’s early and securing one of the open seating tables. The entire front room will always be open seating, and the upstairs area and street-side cafe will mainly be open seating.
How do I know if I am a club member in good standing?
In order to reserve a table, you must be a Windy City Gator Club Member in good standing. Members in good standing meet the following criteria:
- member of the UF Alumni Association
- member of the Windy City Gator Club
- a valid, current UFAA membership card
